We understand that leadership training is vital to any business today and with that many in house teams do not have the resources to take the time to teach their peers. Using Abstractly you are able to plug into learning and development initiatives and programs for leadership teams who upskilling. You would benefit from taking part in our workshops, when managers are unable to manage engaged teams,  if recruitment efforts take a painstakingly annoying amount of time, if existing team members are starting to feel the pinch of a missing team member or if people are leaving the business due to misaligned values.  

Life happens. We get that. If you miss a session, that is ok, you will be sent a recording of the session that you missed. All we ask is that you let us know in advance that you wont be attending. If you miss 2 in a row, we will assume you are no longer interested and no further recordings will be sent to you.

We love to see that employers are wanting their managers to thrive! And if your employer wants to take the charge that is excellent. There are 2 options here, either A) your employer  pays during the transaction or B) you pay and then follow your employer pay back scheme
